Yes, all sessions will be recorded and included with every ticket tier. Recordings will be available for 90 days after the event.
We offer three ticket levels. General Admission ($1,295 early bird) includes full access to all sessions, speaker presentations, Discord access, and networking. The VIP Experience ($1,997 early bird) adds Speaker/VIP Day, recordings, cocktail party, and VIP seating. We cannot accept refund requests within 30 days of the event. The event begins January 15, 2026, so the refund deadline is December 16, 2025. Requests made before this date will receive a full refund.
VIP Day is January 15, 2026. The main conference runs January 16-18, 2026. All events take place at Embassy Suites by Hilton Dallas Love Field.
